As we internalised the art and science of closed-eye and open-eye bliss last evening.
The crux: The key to bliss is to periodically tune in the mind towards its parent – the Being – through Sadhana (meditation and breathwork), rather than towards the senses and subsequently explore the senses and engage with the external world from the mind’s rootedness in the Being.
