Emotional Mastery

Anger, fear and grief are bad as masters but useful as slaves. They serve a healthy function in life. It’s best to have them like salt and pepper – in small useful proportions. And they should be felt consciously and outlived gradually rather than letting them take over you. That’s Emotional Mastery. And working with the breath helps us reach this level slowly and surely.
